Is it right for a very under-aged child to be in tight cuffs ?
No, though they may have done disobedient things doesn’t mean a child has to be in cuffs. Or have a age limit for it. Kids at least 13 should be in cuffs at least depending on what law he has broke. Many kids do things without thinking about they’re actions and what could happen. In my opinion, police officers are doing their job, yes but no need to go to the same levels as crimes being committed by adults. They have to remember it is a child, what danger could they really do after being confronted or taken by police officers.
As someone who does live in Desert Hot Springs, it’s normal for “gang violence”. Many kids around my age does get involved into gang violence by either starting things or getting dragged into it. But, the thing is some parents don’t care much about what their child is doing and gives no guidance which leads to kids not caring or thinking about their actions. Sometimes have to blame for the area they are in. They are dangerous places where many kids get into fights. And many “gang violence” actually happens after school. For it to be stopped or reduced, is to always make sure what the child is up to and actually pay attention the kid. Not many adults notices the problems. There are some adults who actually notices, and they have prevented any violence. This violence is also cause by bullying.
How can i have my opinion given out and heard ?
0. I would spread the word about to the mayor, a close friend of mine is the daughter of the mayor and I would have it heard for them to bring it the next level officials. Because these rules should be changed. Juvenile crime is the meaning of jail for kids younger than 17-18. Same thing done for gang violence. They will both need to be heard for the safety of themselves and others and the community.
